Supporting Parents and Carers
At Emmbrook Infant School, we recognise the vital role that parents and carers play in their child’s learning journey. We are committed to building strong partnerships with families and providing opportunities to stay informed, involved, and supported throughout your child’s time with us.
We host a range of support evenings and afternoon sessions designed to give parents and carers a deeper understanding of school life and the curriculum. Our ‘Meet the Teacher’ sessions offer a valuable opportunity to learn about class expectations, teaching approaches, and how you can support your child at home.
Regular parent and carer evenings are also held to discuss your child’s progress and development, providing time to share achievements and identify next steps together. In addition, we run curriculum-focused workshops throughout the year, helping families feel confident in supporting key areas of learning.
